West River Street call leads to juvenile gun arrest

City police were called to the 500 block of West River Street Thursday afternoon for a subject with a gun.  When officers arrived a juvenile in the area fled on foot.  A short chase followed during which the 17 year old was arrested without incident.  Police say he did have a loaded semi automatic handgun in his hoodie pocket.
