Milner Media thank you for participating in all of our contests and would like to remind you of our contest rules:

 

Only one (1) entry per person unless otherwise designated.

There may be one (1) prize per household for any sixty
(60) day period.

Only one (1) prize per household from an of the company’s stations (WVLI 92.7 “The Valley”, WFAV 95.1 “Favorite Hits”, and WIVR 101.7/WYUR 103.7 “River Country”) within any sixty (60) day period. Exceptions are point of purchase contests.

Grand prize winners and their immediate family are subject to the same sixty (60) day rule.
For example: if you win a prize from any Milner Media station listed above, you are only eligible to win again after 60 days have passed. If you attempt to win/or win again before the 60 days have passed you will be disqualified and the prize is automatically forfeited.

Grand prize winners and members of their immediate household are not eligible to win a grand prize (value $400+) for a 3-year period.

Concert ticket prizes can only be won ONE (1) time per household, per concert, for the duration of any and all promotional ticket giveaways leading up to the date of the concert.

General on air- contests are designated caller and/or Facebook “like” contests where winners are drawn at random from all posts relative to the contest.

All prizes not picked up within thirty (30) days of the date won will be forfeited unless winners are otherwise notified.

If prize is not picked up within thirty (30) days of the date won, you are still considered a contest winner and must adhere to the rules of eligibility.

Once a prize is won on the air, and all of the winners information is taken, you are an official winner and must abide by all the official contest rules.

All calls on the contest line can be recorded for play back and Milner Media assumes no responsibility for winners inability to get through on the contest lines for any reason.

All prize pick ups are located at 292 North Convent Street, Bourbonnais, Illinois during the Milner Media business office hours, 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday except holidays. (please call ahead for holiday hours)

Proper ID must be presented when picking up a prize and a standard release form must be signed. Identification must match entry and/or winner call-in information. Prizes will not be awarded to any person other than the winner, unless approved by management on case-by-case basis.

All prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Prizes cannot be substituted for any reason.

All prizes will be available for pick up within thirty (30) days from winning date.

Milner Media does not assume responsibility for events cancelled and/or rescheduled and is not responsible for replacing tickets/prizes already won to the events cancelled.

Winners must by eighteen (18) years of age or older to win unless specified.

Employees of Milner Media, LLC, participating sponsors, agents and their affiliates, their families, and employees of any radio station in the Kankakee metro survey are, as designed by Nielsen, are not eligible to win.

Milner Media assumes the right to change these and any contest rules at any time and render decisions for any questions that may arise that are not covered in the contest rules.

Winners will be responsible for any federal, state, and local taxers and any other expenses not specified as part of the prize. A W-9 tax form will be issued for any prize(s) exceeding $600 in value.

Entrant agrees to allow the use of their name, voice, and image in promotional campaigns.

When entering a Milner Media contest of any kind, entrants agree to and accept these rules in all matters relating to the contest.
