Kankakee City Police make arrest following stabbing

Kankakee City Police report an arrest following a stabbing in the city last night. According to reports, it was just after nine last night officers were called to a home in the 19-hundred block of South Schuyler Avenue for a report of a stabbing victim. When they got there, reports say officers found the victim in a recliner apparently suffering from multiple stab wounds.  The suspect in the stabbing was identified as 27-year-old Andria L. Langston. Langston was located a short time later and taken into custody for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
