Hopkins Park area residents can get assistance with heating bills

It’s now easier for residents in the Hopkins Park area to get assistance with the heating bills.  The Home Energy Assistance Program has opened a satellite office at Lorenzo R. Smith elementary School where residents in Pembroke Township can receive assistance applying for the funding.  Appointments are required.  Call 815-933-7883 for more information.  Funding is on a first come first served basis.
