Wilmington teen killed in crash

A 17-year-old Wilmington girl died over the weekend in a crash on Lorenzo Road near Cooper Road in Wilmington Township. Will County Coroner Laurie Summers reports Chloe L McCully was westbound on Lorenzo Road just before nine Saturday night, when her car left the roadway, rolled and hit a “fixed object”. Two others inside the car at the time sustained injuries that were not thought to be life threatening. The Will County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the crash.
