During Wednesday morning’s meeting of the Kankakee County Board’s Criminal Justice Committee, State’s Attorney Jim Rowe was asked about any news coming out of Springfield when it comes to the Safe-T act
Rowe said in his opinion, the only changes making their way out of committee and to the floor for make things less safe for Illinois residents.
