Crash sends one to the hospital

A crash in Momence Wednesday afternoon sent one person to the hospital. According to Illinois State Police, the accident happened around 1:30 Wednesday afternoon on 95-Hundred East at Route 17 in Momence. The collision involved an SUV and a truck tractor semi-trailer. The driver of the SUV was transported to a local hospital with injuries. No word on their condition or the cause of the crash.
