Will County Deputies investigate smash and grab thefts

Will County Sheriff’s Police are investigating a series of burglaries in that County where thieves are breaking into businesses with video gaming machines and smashing open the machines to steal the money inside. Will County authorities say the thieves are using sledge hammers to smash open the machines and it’s becoming a more common crime. They ask folks pay attention and report anything unusual to law enforcement.
