The United Way of Kankakee and Iroquois Counties held it’s annual dinner celebration last night at Deer Ridge Barn in rural Kankakee. United Way Executive Director Mariah Vail says the annual dinner is where they get together to celebrate those that have contributed in one way or another to the United Way in the past year. Vail noted the organization’s Emergency Response Fund as a success for this year
