Kankakee County State’s Attorney Jim Rowe will hold the Annual Fallen Firefighter Memorial Ceremony at 11 tomorrow morning on the courthouse lawn.
Rowe says If it rains tomorrow, the ceremony will be moved indoors to the Knights of Columbus on Indiana Avenue.
