Pritzker and Bailey Trade Barbs In Debate

Governor JB Pritzker and his Republican challenger Darren Bailey are trading barbs ahead of next month’s general election.  During a debate last night on WTTW, Pritzker blasted his opponent for siding with President Trump.  Bailey slammed the governor for not doing more for Illinoisans despite having a Democratic supermajority in the state legislature during his time in office.  Pritzker and Bailey also sparred over the Bears, data centers, energy policy, housing, immigration and tariffs.
