Baby food recall

Once Upon a Farm is recalling all flavors of its Tractor Wheels Organic soft-baked bars due to a potential choking hazard. The FDA says the product “forms a dry, sticky mass” when chewed that becomes difficult to dislodge doing “back blows and the Heimlich maneuver.” The organic baby food company says they will reformulate the product, and are working with the FDA to notify families and “make sure affected products are removed” from stores. It is sold nationwide online and at stores, including Costco, Target, and Walmart. This product may be sold elsewhere, such as Amazon.com and other third-party vendors.
