Kankakee Juvenile Steals and Totals Car

A man who had purchased a vehicle so recently he was still carrying the title around with him, had that vehicle stolen early Tuesday morning when he left it running with the keys in the ignition at a gas station on West Court Street.    Police located the vehicle and a chase followed, ending after the driver was in a traffic accident and then collided with a building in the 500 block of S. Schuyler.  The driver turned out to be a juvenile.  The car had to be towed away.
