ISP make gun arrest

Illinois State Police report an arrest over the weekend. According to reports, officers were called to a one-car crash on Route 102 at six-thousand West Road. Troopers say after speaking to the driver, identified as 32-year-old Mark A. Hughes of Kankakee, they arrested him on preliminary charges of  Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon and DUI among other charges.
