Burn Ban has been lifted in Iroquois County

Officials are still asking that you use caution when burning, but effective today the temporary Burn Ban has been lifted in Iroquois County.  County officials say because of recent rains, conditions have improved greatly.  Iroquois County Sheriff’s police do ask that you call county dispatch before starting any controlled burns.  And never leave a fire unattended.
