Parts of Peotone Under Boil Order

A boil order has been issued this afternoon for Parts of Peotone.  The affected area includes 301 through 307 West Crawford, West Louise Lane, West Lark Street and South Meadow Lane.  Aqua Illinois saying the order was prompted by a water main break that has caused a low water pressure or no water pressure for some customers.  You’re urged to boil all drinking, and cooking water including water for ice and washing dishes for at least 5 minutes before using.  The order is in effect until further notice.
