Man Arrested for Breaking into Cars

A man was allegedly attempting to burglarize vehicles on Bradley’s Southwest side early this morning. According to Kankakee County Sheriff’s police, they assisted the Bradley Police Department with the call around four this morning in the 1300 block of Northwest Circle Drive. Residents had reportedly seen a man wearing a hoodie and jeans that appeared to be trying to get into cars in the area. A Bradley Police Officer located the man, later identified as 18 year old Carter M. Quigley, and attempted to make contact. Quigley fled on foot into a field near Perry Farm. Sheriff’s deputies deployed a thermal imaging drone and were able to locate Quigley. He was taken into custody without incident and charged with resisting a peace officer
