The Village of Bradley has approved the purchase of a lightning detection system for the Bradley 315 Sportsplex. The resolution was passed at Monday night’s board meeting. Mayor Mike Watson says this is instrumental in operating a field.
Bradley Finance Director Rob Romo says the lightning detection system will cost a little over 31-thousand dollars and says it can detect lightning up to thirty miles away. The system should be installed at Bradley 315 Sportsplex in the next couple of weeks.
