At Monday Night’s Kankakee City Council meeting, the Kankakee Police Department introduced Lucas Bills as their newest officer on the force. Mayor Chris Curtis says this brings the department up to full staff.
Demetrius Williams was also promoted to Sergeant at Monday night’s Kankakee City Council meeting
