At a recent Kankakee County Board Criminal Justice Committee meeting, State’s Attorney Jim Rowe addressed recent funding cuts Kankakee School District 111 made to his office’s after-school and summer programs for kids.
Rowe said they are trying to figure out the funding and that there are some grants available to have some type of program for area youth through his office.
