U.S. Senator Dick Durbin was in town Friday helping Hippocrates Medical Clinic in downtown Kankakee celebrate their being chosen as one of only six clinics in the nation to get funding by the nonprofit health care access organization Heart to Heart International. Our Mike Ruble was there and asked the Senator what he plans to do following his retirement
When Senator Durbin retires in January of next year, his 30 years in the Senate will make him the longest serving elected Senator in US history.
