Bears ask fans for feedback

The Bears are asking fans to give their opinion on a possible move to Hammond, Indiana.  The team has launched an online survey.  The survey asks fans if they would consider purchasing tickets to see the team play if they moved.  The team says their “sole focus” is on potentially relocating to Hammond, but no final decision has been made.
