At Monday Night’s Manteno Village Board Meeting, Mayor Annette LaMore announced Crystal Wolfe has resigned as clerk after only two weeks on the job.
Trustee Todd Crockett said Wolfe told him a different story.
Mayor LaMore appointed Alan Pickrell as a temporary Clerk until a new one is appointed.
