Pritzker Celebrates Voortman’s Expansion

Governor JB Pritzker is celebrating the completion of the Voortman Steel Machinery expansion in Monee.  A grand reopening was held yesterday for the company’s 51-million-dollar expansion project.  The facility includes a new 100-thousand-square-foot building.  The investment will create 51 new jobs and retain 40 existing positions.  Pritzker broke ground on the project in October 2024.
