Bradley man arrested on sex-related charges

Illinois State Police are looking for help in finding potential victims after a Bradley man was arrested on child sex charges. Troopers say they arrested 46-year-old Michael L. Wiggins of Bradley following an investigation that started when now-adult victims alleged he’d sexually assaulted them when they were juveniles. Troopers say they were first made aware of the allegations in June and recently arrested Wiggins on multiple counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, criminal sexual assault and aggravated criminal sexual abuse. Investigators say they’ve discovered evidence there are other victims in the Kankakee, Watseka, Champaign or Decatur areas that have not-yet been identified. They ask any potential victims of Wiggins or anyone with more information contact their office at 217-278-5000. They say witnesses can remain anonymous.
